Great Start to the Summer

PSA Boys Basketball team is 2-0 after the first week of the Howard Pulley Summer League, with wins over Howard Pulley 16U White and 17U White teams.  Even though the guys have been doing their own thing respectively we have been able to recapture that chemistry that makes the team so solid.  Devin Buckley showing that he can be more versatile, as he has got to the freethrow like at least 5 times in each of the first 2 games.  Dominick Jackson could be the most improved player since the season ended 4 months ago, still showing that he is instant offence coming off the bench.  Jarvis Johnson is healthy, bigger, stronger, faster and with a dangerous pull-up has controlled the game late to close out the first to games.  "12 Gage"  aka Gage Deis has brings a great option to the team, he has shown that he can lead and finish the break, block shots and rebound at a high level.  Trent Pollard the teams leading scorer last season was able to remain consistent getting to the bucket and hitting from long rang.... I think that it is gonna be a great summer!
